On December 7, the 2019 China Asphalt Plant Industry Summit hosted by the construction and maintenance machinery branch of China Construction Machinery Industry Association was held in Quanzhou Guest House. Fujian Tietuo Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as TTM) is chairing this year’s summit. More than 30 representatives from 13 core enterprises of asphalt plant industry and China pavement machinery network attended the summit forum.

The theme of this forum is promote development with standards and promote the asphalt plant industry to a higher level. With China's economy turning into a high-quality development stage, the traditional asphalt plant industry is faced with the task of transformation and upgrading. In order to meet the needs of national environmental protection and construction of a beautiful home, China Construction Machinery Industry Association issued three group standards in 2018, including environmental emission limits of asphalt mixing plant, safety warning signs of asphalt mixing plant and special vibrating screen for asphalt mixing plant. The formulation and implementation of the three standards have played an important role in standardizing the sustainable development of the industry, pointed out the direction for the development of enterprises, and received unanimous praise from the industry. How about the implementation of the three standards since they were formally implemented in the second half of last year? How to introduce, utilize and formulate more advanced group standards to promote the development of asphalt mixing plant industry in the direction of more standard and environmental protection has become a topic of common concern for the industry.

The summit was presided over by Secretary General Zhang Xinong. At first, chairman Jiao Shengjie and general manager Zhang Chao of Beijing Jialong Construction Machinery Co., Ltd., the rotating chairman of the previous summit, handed over the summit seal taishanxi to Chairman Wang Xiren, the rotating chairman of Fujian tietuo Machinery Co., Ltd., and issued the rotating chairman's plaque. Then chairman Wang Xiren served as The host gives a welcome speech to the guests.

At the meeting, President Jiao Shengjie made a special report on the development of continuous mixing equipment and Secretary General Zhang Xinong made a report on the development of asphalt mixing equipment industry in 2019 and the key points of group standard application.

In the afternoon,representatives attended the meeting to visit the new factory of TTM. 2019 is a special year for TTM: it is not only the 15th anniversary of the founding of TTM, but also the year of relocation of TTM new factory. At the same time, the 10th China asphalt plant Industry Summit Forum has been successfully held in TTM. The new factory was officially put into use in July 2019. The new factory carries out digital upgrading and transformation, introduces intelligent optical fiber laser cutting machine, robot profile cutting production line, robot welding equipment, and other advanced CNC intelligent equipment as well as operation monitoring system, which can achieve the capacity scale of 250 sets plant each year.
